It is similar to Australian Council for Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI) or similar kind of standards in Europe Canada in health care. Hemani is a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) in Delhi, India. She has worked in a number of hospitals in India and has built a netowrk of specialist medical professisonals over 10years while working as a doctor in India. She had close interactions with some of the surgeons in MMC network and has known some of them over 20years for their expertise in delivering quality clinial care. |

For the past 7 years, she has been working in the IT Security and Privacy consulting services with IBM in Australia. During this time, she has worked with a number of blue chip companies dealing in healthcare, federal government projects, banking and telecommunications sector in Australia. |

Having worked as a doctor in India, Hemani's priority is client’s well-being, and thereby has laid the foundation of a company based on ‘Quality Clinical Care’ and ‘Trust in Relationships’. With her medical background, consulting experience has enabled her to develop skills in understanding client’s needs and be customer focused. This places her with a unique capability to give people a ‘personal touch and along with a high level of confidence. Neeraj is a Mechanical Engineering major from IIT Delhi, (India) and MBA from IIM Bangalore (India). He has been working in the business consulting and outsourcing for last 9 years, primarily in Australia and other Asia-Pacific countries. His area of specialisation is supply chain management, global sourcing and outsourcing. He is very innovative and provides strategic direction to the organisation. |

Lenin is Computer Science major from Delhi College of Engineering (India). He has been working in IT management in Finance and Healthcare domains for the last 12 years. He has specialized in service delivery of custom solutions, most recently in the "Managed Care" vertical for a major provider/payer organisation in US (Sierra Health Services, recently acquired by United Health Group). With first hand experience in designing and implementing solutions for the Health Care industry, and years of experience dealing with a diverse customer base, he brings a unique perspective on Healthcare Facilitation. He has a key role in increasing awareness of the people about our objectives and marketing the solution in US and Europe.
